CICG’s operates an Integrated Management System (IMS) which complies with and has been independently certified to ISO9001, ISO14001 and AS4801.

The IMS is accessible to all employees via our Intranet, remotely on all of our work sites. The IMS provides a framework for our operations and ensures consistently and the continual improvement of CICG’s processes which is a key business objective.

Internal Management and project specific documentation is generated, registered, tracked and recorded within the IMS on our Company Wide Intranet to ensure documentation, communication and information is distributed and actioned in real time.
