Mill Park Leisure Centre

The works include extension and refurbishment to provide a new Foyer, Reception, Administration and Café areas; the existing Gym, Program rooms and Dry Change are also being refurbished and expanded to increase capacity, update equipment and provide new technology. The Aquatics component of the expansion and refurbishment includes a new Leisure Pool, Learn to Swim Pool, Warm Water Program Pool, a Spa, Sauna, additional Wet Change Areas, Accessible Facilities and Group Change / Party Room(s). Further, expansion to the existing 25m Pool and Pool Hall includes an accessible ramp and platform lift (Pool Pod). The overall redevelopment has a gross floor area of 6,000 m2. A new car park is replacing the existing with the retention of numerous significant trees. Ancillary countenances and services adjoining and adjacent to the facility will remain open to the public during construction of the Contract Works
