The development offers sports education and performing arts facilities to both primary and secondary students. The facility comprises of three main levels including lower basement archive storage, lower ground multipurpose hall with retractable seating that is integrated with a drama teaching space, intermediate mezzanine level and an upper level featuring a large sports hall, kiosk and amenities.
