Emerald Police Station
Contracted to construct the new Emerald police station, CICG were tasked with building a two-level, 24-hour space. A ground floor of approximately 1242m2 was built to accommodate the uniform branch and highway patrol units.
With staff administration features such as a reception, open plan work spaces, offices, conference rooms, toilets, a kitchen, a mess room, change rooms and a gym, along with obvious necessities such as interview rooms, a watch house and holding cells, the building was built for both officers and offenders alike.
