The Hanover Department of Human Services were expanding their services, and as such needed to provide greater accommodation to their clientele.
CICG were contracted to construct 40 self-contained apartments for disadvantaged or at risk youths. The complex was 3 levels high, with an approximate floor area of 1915m2. Completed with the services associated to the building in mind, the space itself contained multiple common areas, learning rooms and administrative offices.
