Hume Global Learning Centre

The project is a new 3-level building for Hume City Council. The building is 3 levels and has a gross floor area of 4,000 m2. The structure is a combination of insitu concrete, block work, precast and structural steel. The facade treatments include face block work, metal cladding and cement sheet cladding. The lower level will be divided into functions paces with the two upper levels being used for a library, gallery, training, meetings and amenities. External works include an outdoor learning area, a new car park, soft and hard landscaping.
