Balywn Community Centre

Refurbishment of the existing centre and a new 2-level extension to form one community building. The refurbishment measures 190m2, the new ground floor 740m2 and the new first floor 430m2. There is a large eternal works package, including redevelopment of the new carpark and access road, play courts and vast soft and hard landscaping. The project has been designed to achieve 5-star Green Star equivalence (certification not required) under the new Design & As-Built tool.
