Braybrook Community Hub

The Maribyrnong City Council contracted CICG to construct a state-of-the-art facility to stand as its new community hub. Approximately 1200m2 in size, the hub consisted of facilities spanning a number of services including pre-schooling spaces, occasional care rooms, a maternal health zone and general community rooms. On top of these service sectors, the development also featured a large, extensively landscaped outdoor area, and a new 47-space car park.
