CICG was contracted to construct a new school at the Greensborough campus of Melbourne Polytechnic. Partially demolishing the existing school to make way for the new one, the single level building had an approximate floor area of 1,750m2, made with a suspended concrete slab, catering for the tricky slope of the existing site.
The interior of the building was predominately made up of multi-purpose learning spaces, technology rooms and amenities areas. Bridging the gap between the existing building and the new development, CICG built a paved and landscaped courtyard, adding to the ambiance of the campus.
