St Catherine’s Senior School

Encumbered with the task of redeveloping the entire St Catherine’s senior school, CICG had a fivepart job in separable portions to complete. To begin, a complete demolition and redevelopment of St Catherine’s entire two storey north end, including their library and a number of rooms. Following this, the two storey south end was also completely demolished and redeveloped. CICG continued by enclosing the existing external courtyard and stairs to the science wing. Moreover, a complete strip out and redevelopment of the Mary Davis Hub was undergone to make way for a new commercial kitchen and canteen within. Following this extensive list of changes, the whole campus was entirely repaved and landscaped, resulting in a brand new school for the senior girls of Toorak to enjoy.
