Melbourne Polytechnic – Preston

What begun with an extensive demolition of three existing buildings on the Preston Campus for Melbourne Polytechnic, resulted in CICG constructing a state of the art tertiary building with approximately 6300m2 of floor space spread over three levels. The multi-purpose building integrates a large-scale fitness centre, 28 classrooms and a 150-seat lecture theatre. A fly-over pedestrian bridge which linked the new building to the existing structure on campus was built for accessibility and ease of transport throughout.
