Bridgewood Primary School

CICG were contracted to build Bridgewood’s brand new primary school precinct. The site spanned over approximately 38,000m2, and included three major buildings. Building A, at 2,200m2, houses the administration, learning and early learning zones. Building B, at 1,600m2, is comprised of mainly classrooms and more learning areas. Building C, at 1,400m2, is made up of a games hall, soundproof music room, a school canteen, along with an out of hours care centre. On top of these three main structures, external works were undertaken by CICG including two large carparks, an array of sports courts, a turf oval and an extensive amount of play areas throughout.
